Position Overview

Golden Corral is seeking a motivated and professional Local Store Marketer and Server to support our community engagement initiatives while delivering outstanding guest service. This hybrid role combines event coordination, local marketing, and customer service responsibilities to help strengthen Golden Corral’s presence in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with local organizations, schools, and community partners.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute in-store and community events to promote the Golden Corral brand.
• Represent Golden Corral at local events and community activities.
• Collaborate with management to develop marketing strategies that drive guest traffic and brand awareness.
• Support the restaurant team by serving guests during peak hours or as needed to maintain operational excellence.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute events effectively.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Previous marketing, public relations, or customer service experience preferred.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
